Parent Portal Instruction for Infinite Campus

NEW STUDENTS

RETURNING STUDENTS

Parents of Returning Students need to do the following:

log in to infinite campus (I.C.)
update all required documents in Infinite
Campus.

Withdrawal Process

The following is the process before a student is transferred/withdrawn from Hopwood.

1 Parent/guardian requests for transfer/withdrawal
2. School Registrar informs Teachers, Counselors, Admin.
3. Teachers confirm issued devices and input grades.
4. Student needs to return all issued devices and borrowed books
5. School Registrar inputs student name to the Transfer/Withdrawal List for PSS Schools
(for non PSS Schools and Off-Island, Registrar inputs student name to Transfer Out List).
6. Central Office inactivates the student in the Admin Plus
7. Registrar prints Report Card/Transcript then withdraws a student from all subjects.
